How soon can I get my product(s)?
Equip Massage chooses to ship via standard UPS. You should expect your order to take 8 to 10 business days, unless we contact you and let you know otherwise. You will be provided with a UPS tracking number via email the same day that your package is shipped out. Should you require an expedited shipping process, please contact the customer service team. If you are ordering within WInnipeg and want your products before the weekend, we offer FREE CITY-WIDE DELIVERY if you order before 9am on Fridays.

What if my order is damaged during delivery?
Should your product(s) become damaged in the shipping process, we will request an email with a photo of the damage. After assessing the photo we will proceed with replacement or repair.
How can I purchase products from Equip Massage?
There are two ways to purchase products from Equip Massage. Either come to our show room located at 435 Berry Street, Winnipeg, MB or order online from the comfort of your own home. For items not currently available on the website, please call or email the customer service team with a list of items for your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Equip Massage accepts debit, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, money orders and personal cheques. If paying with a personal cheque, please add 7-10 days of extra processing time. Clearance of the cheque is mandatory prior to shipping.
- 1 year limited guarantee on hot and cold products, towels, stone heaters and towel warmers.
- 2 year limited guarantee on pillows and supports, table accessories, tools and kits, linen and coverings.
- 3 year limited guarantee on stools. (Vinyl covering: 2 years)
Portable Massage Tables and Chairs:
- 5 year limited guarantee on table construction and 2 years on vinyl covering.
Hydraulic Massage Tables:
- 5 year limited guarantee on table construction, 3 year guarantee on motor and 2 years on vinyl covering.
We will accept returns for refund or credit within 60 days. The returned product must be undamaged, in new or nearly-new condition, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been clearly damaged or used extensively. Unfortunately there is no return or refund for opened linen or for any shipping, handling, or postal insurance costs.
