Hi, I am Sylvia Sunstrum.

Nine years ago I had a preventative procedure to remove my ovaries and fallopian tubes. The reason why is because I have a hereditary gene mutation that put me at high risk of developing ovarian and breast cancer.

The surgery was successful but the thing is...

I was induced into surgical menopause and my medical doctor did not prepare me at all for all the symptoms that accompanied this transition.

Talk about feeling overwhelmed,unprepared and alone!

Most woman have learned to only trust the advice of docotors when it comes to our health and not question anything we're told. But after my procedure when I started experiencing the unexpected & uncomfortable symptoms of surgical menopause, I had an uneasy feeling at the thought of using pharmaceutical pills and patches to ease the symptoms of Menopause.

I was not prepared to accept defeat and only "survive" this new journey through midlife that I found myself on...

There had to be another way to take care of my health and thrive in midlife. Feeling determined, I decided it was time to do my own research and start educating myself!

I began to do the research and question everything when it came to my health. I began to make lifestyle changes and focus on being proactive rather than reactive.

As a matter of fact I embraced menopause and midlife.

I learned to overcome challenges, then I began talking to other women and sharing my story. Now, it's my mission to help other women feel empowered through education and humour of course! And what kind of advocate would I be if I kept all this goodness to myself?

Where can I get answers to my product questions?

Your business is important to us, and it is our priority to answer any questions you may have. Please contact us by phone or email, we are happy to help. If you are shopping online send a chat message through WhatsApp and we will get back to you ASAP. We also respond to Instagram and Facebook messenger messages.

How soon can I get my product(s)?

If you are a customer located within Winnipeg, your order will be delivered to the address you provide. Deliveries are offered Monday - Friday between 9am - 4pm.

We ship orders across Canada via Canada Post. You can select to have your order sent by standard, expedited, or express post at online checkout. You will be given a Canada Post tracking number on your order receipt.

Contact us to get a quote for ground shipping rates through carriers such as FedEx, Canpar and UPS. We can manually calculate these costs and provide you alternative rates to Canada Post that may be faster and in some cases more affordable.

What if my order is damaged during delivery?

Should your product(s) become damaged in the shipping process, we will request an email with a photo of the damage. After assessing the photo we will proceed with replacement or credit for the damaged product(s).

What is the guarantee policy on professional massage products?

Guarantee Policy

Massage Supplies:

1 year limited guarantee from date of purchase on bottle warmers, table warmers, stone heaters and towel warmers.

Hydraulic Massage Tables:

3 year limited guarantee on table construction, 2 year guarantee on motor and 1 years on vinyl covering.

Exchange + Refund Policy

We only accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. The product(s) for return/exchange must be in new unused condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges on items that have been clearly damaged or used extensively. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for linens, towels, massage lotions, oils, or gels due to sanitary reasons. There is no refund for any shipping, handling, or postal insurance costs. Refunds must be issued to the original form of payment.

I ordered the box just for deodorant was hoping it could be ordered separately. I do love it and have used magnesium cream twice also great
